Singapore｜翠華 TSUI WAH - Jewel Changi Airport

Holy cow. This place is a hidden gem.. Loved every dish and every bite. Friend led us there for lunch and didn't know what to expect as we just returned from a trip to HK. This is surely on par with the quality, highly authentic HK food. The noodles is the exact ones that I loved and longed for.

Very much like the Tsui wah in Hong Kong in terms of ambience but the food is slightly different in terms of taste. My beef curry didn't taste quite like the HK curry and was not served piping hot.. the rest of the food was similar with the HK restaurant. Overall a nice dining experience.

Actually the food is pretty good. Love the milk tea, condensed milk bread, Kagoshima pork mi Xian, char siu fried rice and tomato baked rice. There was a queue on Sat lunch but still moved fast
