Singapore｜Hot Tomato

I’m doing this review particularly for Jessie, who took GREAT care of my wife, my daughter and I at the Jewel branch on 27 Apr 2023. The strip loin my wife ordered was over done. He listened, made sure it was redone properly by taking time to communicate with the cook. He also made sure the steak was re-plated, complete with spaghetti and salad! In contrast, we’ve seen other restaurants that simply ignore the rest of the dish, remove the overdone meat, and serve the new piece of meat on a small serving plate - a sufficient but highly unpleasant experience. Hot Tomato’s given me good-tasting food 90% of the time, over the years and across their various outlets. But this one experience with Jessie, is definitely the cherry on top. He is a great host! Food-wise, the Jewel outlet fully lives up to the high yet affordable HT standard 👍🏼

Great affordable restaurant with wonderful atmosphere- one of my kids’ favourite restaurants when we were in Changi Airport. Food was nice but do expect some delay in service especially during peak hours.

Very good food! Fairly priced and high quality. Service is fast and the overall vibe of the restaurant is great. Def a restaurant I’d recommend going to in jewel.
