A very quiet neighbourhood McDonald’s, but can get busy on weekends. Enjoyed my Jjang Jjang burger which exceeds my expectations! Staff was very helpful even though I still couldn’t scan my McDonald’s code in the end. Premise is clean and well-maintained, and service is fast. Sauce station is well-stocked and clean!

Need to improve on their service. Especially on non-peak hour, there is no excuse to compromise on the service. Service staff should not be reluctant to assist with our order, as customers generally does not like long waiting time for a fast-food order. Just to share my experience at the McDonald's restaurant. After I use the kiosk to order food, the machine somehow did not issue a receipt. So I tried to engage with the service staff but to no avail as there weren't any at the counter. When I get to talk to the staff, she directed me to the manager which he then assisted me to reissue a new receipt for the kiosk order. By then, my order is already on the counter for a couple of minutes. Anyway, hope the service can be improved further so it will be able to improve my retail experience.

my fries i dropped accidentally but the crew happily replace it for me
