We have been eating at Meisan for decades. Thankfully the reopen the restaurant after moving out from Mutiara (holiday plaza). Nice food, reasonable portion. Honey chicken is my children's favourite and Braised eel is our all time favourite. Good for family or business meals.

Meisan is an old established name in Johor Bahru szechuan cuisine. Previously they were at Mutiara Hotel, and now they opened at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel with all their old staff & chefs. The food is as good as always, and loved their warm hospitality as always. Do try their Szechuan soup and Peking Duck when you come here. It’s easier to access the restaurant by parking outdoors, just outside the Hotel Entrance, rather than taking the multistorey carpark.

The taste is very good. It is one of the top restaurants in Johor Bahru. The price is reasonable. The environment is very good. The service is also good.
