This is a super crowded outlet but the service staff are quick to ensure that customers get their seats and orders done up fast. When I was here, the service staff ensured that customers who were done eating to give up their seats to those waiting and I admire their politeness but firm gesture in getting their work done.

Service and food has always been great! More systemetic now with the self service kiosks available, the waiting time is shorter when collecting the food. Love the creative seasonal flavours of soft serve available.

I am satisfied with the service and food quality.
