Singapore｜Yoshinoya

A new concept of Yoshinoya from the one i used to know. Great ambience, friendly staff. They have a wider spread of menu now , with ramen and curry rice. Their softdrinks and japanese tea are free flow too.

Tried their Yakiniku beef. Very tasty. Much better than i expected from a chain store. I like the portions: there was a LOT of beef (and not too fatty), decent amount of onions (not to much) and not too much rice. There was no gravy, but the sauces from the beef itself is good enough. Especially if you add an egg. The takeaway was very well packaged: the meat was packed separately from the rice, so the rice did not get soggy, and the beef still had it's sauces.

Had not eat Yoshinoya for more than 10 years because it was just... Not good. Nowadays I find their food quality great and rival that of restaurant. Today I had a very pleasant experience here with a friendly staff smiling through his mask when taking order plus serve us our food when the order number is called!!! Staff name: Chong How. Good experience and good food. Keep up the good work.
