Singapore｜Pizza Hut

We went Sunplaza’s pizza hut during mid september and today (2nd Oct). We were served the same staff name Shafina. She was really professional. She explained the seasonal menu patiently, always putting on a smile from the moment we enter the store till we left. Couldn’t find a particular pasta on the e-menu and she guided me through. Thank you Shafina for providing my family and i with a wonderful dinner experience as always.

I really appreciate Iffah, the waiter ☺️☺️ I ordered a mushroom soup. It was the first time I drank mushroom soup in Singapore. I felt that the soup was a little bit better than Malaysian water, so I asked the waiter Iffah, and she explained politely and said We will feed back our questions to the back kitchen. I think that's the way it is, and it doesn't really matter. Iffah unexpectedly came to tell us that the kitchen is willing to add thicker for us and then serve us. I am in a good mood, and when paying the bill, Iffah will patiently repeat our order. I am very grateful and appreciate Iffah's service!

Compact but cosy feeling during my last dinning experience. Good for family gatherings. The renovated restaurant will require partons to scan QR code for self service of placing order that have most if not all of their usual standard menu offerings.
