Thank you so much to Staff Detch for understanding me. Ordered makisan through grabfood from Woodlands outlet near CWP, but was given LESS THAN HALF of soba sauce for my udon. Its literally like eating laksa without the gravy. Complained to grab but nothing can be done. Luckily my brother was around admiralty and he explained to Detch with photos i have given as proof that i ordered on grabfood and she gave 2 free soba sauce. Thank you Detch, you made my day. 🫶🫶🫶

Makisan admiralty customer service recovery 10/10!! I bought a little san during their busy period and they forgotten my order and I waited close to 30 mins but they were extremely apologetic about it and prepared my order as quickly as they could and even gave me a free drink! I would like to thank the workers there a guy and two ladies for doing such an excellent customer service recovery! Allowing me to walk off as a satisfied customer 🥳
