Discovered this hidden gem after driving by and the atmosphere was alluring. Looked like a full house, but staff made space for us. I was already expecting a bit of a slow wait, so bearing that in mind, food was definitely worth the wait. Drinks (root beer and Heineken bottle) came within 5 minutes of sitting down, first dish (fried rice) came around 30+ min after, and everything else came quite quickly after that. Highly recommend the onion rings, satay and fish and chips. Serving sizes were generous and tasted great. Not sure what’s with the recent low reviews - this place definitely is a charm for what it is. If you’re expecting super fast, quick, and “high class” restaurant vibes, then this isn’t the spot for you. If you’re looking to chill, have a hearty meal, enjoy the atmosphere without rush, then this little gem of a cafe does the job.

A lovely place to chill. As I was driving so didn't drink. They have a good selection of food and drinks. Must try if you're ard the area or at least Tey to make yr way there. Secluded and quiet. Go on a weekday as I heard it is usually very packed on the weekend.

A hidden gem in the northern part of Singapore. Located a stone throw away from Sembawang Park, this family style cafe is within the landed properties. All food are made by the female owner-chef and very authentic if you like Peranakan food.
