Singapore｜Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

We dined here for Japanese Wagyu BBQ buffet twice. Both times, we had a bit of wait time in between orders both for BBQ and sides, so best to plan ahead what and how much to order. 2nd time, there are less crowd and service is faster so try going off-peak hours. Wagyu Karubi is soft and easy to chew. The slices are thick enough. 1 serving for karubi is small so we order 5 servings by batch. For sides, our favourite is the cheese mochi. It is served fresh and hot. Overall, we are satisfied and it is worth the price. (Could be diff with what you order. For meat, we ordered wagyu and skipped other types)

Probably one of the best Japanese Wagyu buffet in town! If you are first time trying Wagyu, you should go for one serving each for the 6 cuts they offer to find your favorite. My personal favorite was the Karubi cut (boneless short rib / flanken-cut rib) Definitely worth the $$$ for Japanese Wagyu buffet if you are a big eater. Total damage per pax: S$108 (After taxes) Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆

We went at 5pm, no reservation, no waiting time, peaceful environment. staff are very helpful and friendly. Price are consider high, the service crew will teach us how to “cook” when they serve every dishes. The meat are super fresh. Good job
