Singapore｜Takagi Ramen @ One-north

Tried the curry series. ebi and katsu were freshly fried and crispy 👍 goes well with the curry. Also order the new drinks, Blue Lychee Yogurt and Taro Coconut Yogurt, $2 each with each curry order.

Food is excellent, one of the better Ramen I have had. The restaurant cleanliness itself could be better manage. Tables were not wipe even thought customers have cleared the tray. Boxes of supplies stored outside is rather unsightly.

Surprisingly affordable for the average Singaporean. I think there's a good variety and spread of noodles here. Price range seems acceptable despite this shop being in an expensive eating building. Staff seems quite busy, no time to entertain you. Everything is self served and tables are quite cramp up. Come early if you want to get a seat during lunch. 11.45am seems fine. The food portions are adequate for the price paid. For a decent 8 dollar bowl of ramen, it is able to fill you but not make you too full. The meat given was also up to expectation. The meat slices are actually quite large with very little fat in between. Side dishes, I recommend the fried prawn. Yummy flavored. The octopus balls feel weird and mushy inside. The fried dumpling is OK decent with no much stuffing inside.
