Singapore｜DING TE LE Shanghai Panfried Dumpling

As a shanghainese, it took a while to find 生煎包 that passes my palate’s test. The 小馄饨’s soup still require some improvement by using chicken broth, right now it tastes like the water used to boil these 小馄饨. While I’m not a fan of 小笼包, it’s definitely worth a try, and be aware with the soup inside! Don’t burn yourself! The 四喜烤麸 is on the sweet-side, and糍饭糕 on the oily side. Anyways, finally found a place where I can visit when craving for 生煎包

A hidden find in the Bukit Timah area - affordable and delicious Chinese food. I visited quite a few times and the food quality and portions are consistent. Have not tried all the dishes but scallion noodles and pan fried buns are one of my must orders :)

One of me and my partner’s fav food joint. We always order the signature dumplings, highly recommend to get it! Yummy and value for money. Do give it a try if you are in the area
