Singapore｜Coucou Authentic Swiss Restaurant and Bar

Was recommended this nice little Swiss restaurant by a friend. The food was overall good. The malakoff and coucou salad was very good with us feeling of wanting more. The crescendo of the evening would definitely be the venison striploin from their seasonal menu. Really nice texture and went perfectly with the cranberry sauce accompanying it. Wanted to have the chocolate fondue for dessert but we were so stuffed that we just opted for the seasonal dessert of vanilla ice cream with Chantilly cream. Service staff was excellent and attentive. Always checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Thank you to Chef Yves and the staff of Coucou for the wonderful evening.

My second visit to Coucou: first time with a group of 6, the next with 2. Better to dine with a bigger group as you can try more dishes (the cheese fondue might get a too rich after a while). The meringue dessert was not too sweet and was paired well with fresh berries. The service staff was very friendly and patient with us. As we were leaving the restaurant it started raining heavily , so we decided to head back in for some desserts. As it was getting quite cold inside, we requested for a table outside and the waiter was very accommodating where he took the extra effort to find us another table. Thank you for a great dinner and will return again!

So so so so good. We tried the original fondue (delicious) and then the mushroom fondue (even more delicious). Recommend pairing it with a nice fruity light wine to offset the delicious and filling meal. Staff is helpful and service is super fast. Book in advance as it gets busy extremely fast.
