Singapore｜FORKETTA -- an artisan Italian restaurant at Dempseyhill - make the best wood-fired baked sourdough Pizza in Singapore

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Forketta at Dempsey Hill, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurant's ambiance was simply enchanting, creating the perfect setting for a delightful afternoon. Parking was a breeze, especially on a late Saturday afternoon when I expected it to be a bit more crowded. The convenience of finding parking easily added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and throughout the entire meal, their attentiveness was commendable. They were friendly. I tried both the 4 cheese pizza and the Piccante pizza, and they were both absolutely divine. The crust was a true standout, perfectly baked to achieve just the right amount of chewiness. It had that delightful combination of crispiness on the outside and a soft, airy interior. The flavors of the pizzas were equally impressive. The 4 cheese pizza was a cheese lover's dream, with each cheese complementing the others, creating a rich and creamy taste. The Piccante pizza, on the other hand, was a delightful burst of flavors, with the spiciness adding a pleasant kick to every bite. Forketta exceeded my expectations with its lovely ambiance, top-notch service, and mouthwatering pizzas. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner spot or a place to catch up with friends over a great meal, this restaurant is worth a visit. I can't wait to return to try more items from their menu and savor that delicious crust again.

My family first ate at La Forketta when it was a small restaurant located in the Pasir Panjang area. I had lunch today at the Dempsey outlet. Nice ambience. Good food. Excellent service. No problem with parking today. Not many people around. Probably because of the heavy rain.

One of our fave places for dinner. But only for dine-in. For takeaway, we stopped doing so after they charged us the same as grab delivery even though we self collect.
