Singapore｜Red House Seafood Grand Copthorne

The best-ever dim sum and service I have in Singapore. Just only wish the varieties will increase more in the future. The staff are friendly and the dim sum is not oily like other places. I can say they have made an authentic taste of Guangdong dim sum so far. I will surely come back more.

This is a brand name for seafood since I was a kid before the likes of Jumbo and what not. In essence, they did not expand as hard as the rest, but probably kept to traditions. In my view, compared with tough reservations booking situations with the brands competing with tourists and the limited timing to serve, eat turn around the tables. Whatnot. We had a great experience here including great service, prompt dishes served and fairly great seafood. The steamed dragon grouper is great, so is the chilli crab, the rest normal. Chilli crab sauce is not as thick or sweet as most of the others and packs some heat. Savoury though, and fresh definitely

The red grilled squid is phenomenal. Its the best and the only one you'll find in Singapore. The next best is the you tiao with squid filling. Exquisite. And the roasted chicken is really good. Overall pretty good.
