Singapore｜Restaurant Euphoria

We celebrated his birthday with an euphoric Voyage experience. Service was excellent and we were the awful diners that couldn’t properly enjoy our meal because we had to go off for meetings. Fortunately, as they say, the pictures tell a thousand words. Chef Jason loves onions and milk so if you are allergic to either of these ingredients, you will not be able to appreciate the entire experience. He tried to accommodate my pre-diabetic by avoiding added sugars. Service was exquisite with refills and extra sauce upon request. We also learned about how his wife and partner, Alice, contributed to the design of everything including the logo, the interior, and even the desert box.

Had a splendid dinner at Euphoria where we enjoyed the Dinner menu 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐮𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 ($𝟐𝟗𝟖++/𝐩𝐚𝐱) back in March! Each dish got us so excited because the presentation was stunning with lots of details, and each mouthful was so delicious. Between the Oignon Jamboree & My Favourite Vegetable, I prefer the My Favourite Vegetable a little bit more 👍🏼 Worth trying!!

Went Euphoria for my girlfriend's birthday. To start, the service was really good. I been to several fine dining in Singapore and this is definitely one of the good ones. Kudos to the staffs for that! Food wise, the menu have plenty of onion and is a balanced mix of vegetable and meat. I definitely enjoyed myself and see myself coming back in future. If you want to impress your date, this is a good place to consider.
