Singapore｜The Line Restaurant

Went for a birthday celebration and the little cake was personalized and such a surprise! The seafood options has tapered down somewhat but my favourite remains the fresh lobster which is succulent and fresh with the freshly prepared spicy lime sauce. The gelato section is great and totally enjoyed the selections!

Always my top 1 fav buffet place. The tad sad thing now is no fresh oysters. But there are many other foods to choose from and a pity I couldn't finish everything. Kudos to the service staff. They were very attentive and they clear my plates real fast. They were even attentive enough to see that I was using 1 plate for my shells to send back the plate once she cleared the shells away. Restaurant manager Mr Jason was very nice and friendly. He came by to check if all was good. Will be back again soon and I hope oysters will be back soon. Honestly no other places oysters matches the line.

Enjoy the wide selection of Asian to Western breakfast. Literally, you can get choose Japanese, Indian, salad bar, dim sum, street food laska, pastries, fresh fruits, bacon , pancakes, and more. I got to enjoy a little of my favorites. Despite all you can eat, I was distracted and disappointed by the greed of buffet theft caught on video. Because the staff was not empowered to do anything, the food thief got greedy and took over 5 plates of pastries, and packed it into her bag. I am shocked that affluent people dining in a 5-star hotel will do such a despicable thing. Hopefully, the restaurant will discourage and not condone such customer behavior.
