Consistently decent food quality and portion size on their items, quality and functional packaging boxes and generous plastic cutlery. What's there not to like? One thing though - I hate the desserts that come with the bento set, wish they can replace it.

I have been to a few of the of the branches and nothing beat ARC outlet. Was there with oversea guest, your staffs have given such a great impression to me and my guest. Despite being really busy on weekend with long awaiting queue, I was completely impressed with Penny and Thi No for their excellent services and professional to multi tasks serving all customers with patient and very polite. Upon checking out explained in details and crystal clear on points benefits and redeem of vouchers. Good yummy food, nice atmosphere and great services will definitely come back again. Keep it up! Highly recommended.

Food taste nice though prawn shell stick, not easy to peel off.
