You can't really go wrong with Wok Hey. They've very properly systemized the entire operation, so regardless of who's the chef cooking, the taste typically ends up being quite consistent. Even the way they make the food, and the entire viewing experience, is consistent with their branding and their yellow tee shirts. Tried their truffle udon for the first time, and added extra signature chilli. Super fragrant, even after my 1 hour bus ride. Super yummy, especially after a long day. Only slight pity here is how they'll always be a takeaway box, which makes eating out quite tricky.

Fired Rice with prawns is indeed delicious. Best experienced when consumed hot, right after server from the wok. I think it is comparable to that Taiwanese fried rice (you know which)... Don't forget to agree to the chilli, its not oily and enhanced the taste and overall appearance. I am impressed with how they turned the traditional fried rice into something trendy, with its cute packaging and systematic operations.
