Attention to detail from the service staff to Sato San is top notch. The ambience brings you straight to Japan. Plates are wiped clean before each sushi is served (amazing!). Seasonal items served and compliment well with all the other ingredients. Everything tastes fantastic Great variety of sake choices to pair with your course. Btw the toilet has a heated seat, just like in Japan. Check out the beautiful garden before you leave 👌

tried the premium omakase , small but just perfect for sashimi sushi omakase , chef and owner very friendly, floor staff explain very clear and always give quick attention for us. always can suggest what sake or wine is good for us to try.

Great value for money for the occasional celebration with a wide variety of dishes. Thought and effort put into the order of the dishes to best enjoy each piece and the meal as a whole. Small cosy counter with high waiter to diner ratio.
