Excellent Sunday brunch. Highly recommended. Such a varied spread, high quality Champagne on relentless free pour. I loved the Laksa station and the amazing lady that ran it. We left satisfied and can’t wait to come back

Was here a few weeks ago. Fantastic food!! Lots of variety and quality. Loved the fresh sashimi and seafood on ice especially large scallops, although sadly there were no oysters or lobsters. The pulled beef was meltingly delicious. There were peranakan cuisine too, which were quite good. The desserts looked too good that I almost couldn't bear to eat them, but quite a few of the chocolate and hazelnut ones tasted too similar. The taste of the chocolate here is absolutely unforgettable and one of the best! The cheese platter and salads offered great variety even for vegetarians. Overall a very pleasant dining experience, enhanced by the excellent service of their attentive staff.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at the Town restaurant in Fullerton Hotel Singapore, and I must say it was an enjoyable experience. My partner and I dined in the AL Fresco area on a Friday evening, and we were fortunate enough to snag a seat with a breathtaking view of the river. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions when we were deciding what to order. Speaking of the menu, the food was delicious. While not the most extravagant dishes we've ever tasted, they were well-prepared and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were fresh and expertly seasoned. Overall, we had a lovely time at Town in Fullerton Hotel Singapore. The stunning view, exceptional service, and delicious food made for a memorable evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Singapore.
