Singapore｜CANCHITA Peruvian Cuisine at Dempsey Hill - Best Ceviche in Singapore

Visited last week for the first time after finally getting a reservation (block your calendar a month ahead!). We were seated in the Amazon room. It was spacious and the vegetation outside really does make it feel like we were dining in a jungle. Buzzy atmosphere, awesome food. Service could have been a little more attentive and the music was a tad loud in the later part of the night but the yummy flavours more than made up for it.

The food was awesome and the service staff is really friendly, and took time to explain the different menu items. The restaurant was also nestled amidst the lush greenery at Dempsey. It almost felt like dining in a forest! Only downside was the limited time we had 'cos it was a two seating arrangement, so we had to finish the meal within the time allocated so that the restaurant could turnaround for the second seating. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a repeat visit to try other items on the menu!

This is my first time having Peruvian food and it will not be my last. The service was really good. Served me warm water when the friendly staff knew my tummy wasnt feeling well. Recommended the right portions and dishes to us. Thank you for the amazing time!
