Updated: Came back again, this time with my family to celebrate a birthday. The food was just so flavoursome and hearty! Everybody had a favourite dish! :)) Christina and her teammate have been most amazing! We were so Wowed by the warm hospitality, care, attention to every detail on the menu and that personal touch for my group of almost 40 pax! The food was so good! Loved the freshness of the sambal, achar and the flavours of all the dishes! It felt like home! It felt liked I came home to eat my mum's and grandma's cooking! I am so appreciative of the excellent dining experience we have had! Christina and her team went above and beyond for us! Thank You so much!

Great authentic Peranakan food around the area. Beef Rendang is really great. Beef briskets slices stewed to very soft and the spices are well settled in. The Sambal Udang is the most spicy within these few dishes. Tiger prawns are very fresh and big in piece. The sambal spices is really good. Blue pea rice is great. Not really a fan of the sourness taste of the pork from the Babi Assam. The alfresco area is great for gathering and enjoy the dishes slowly. It’s not hot even during the lunch, great shelter and fan air circulation system. Might be due to outdoor sitting so not much attention received from the staff.

Ngoh hiang is crispy and yummy. Babi pongteh is a little salty if you eat it on its own. We pair it with blue pea rice which is absolutely delicious. The meat melts in your mouth. Mix veggie is alright. Great for family meal, the dishes probably suits the olden generation’s taste buds. Service is prompt. Will visit again to try other dishes. Some suggestions for the dish scoop, we felt that the spoon/scoop is not very suitable to scoop the food from the bowl. A thinner or sharper spoon might do a better job.
