Dish 1- Go ahead and order the [beef pho -$12.50] with raw beef served, then pour in the hot soup to cook the beef for that nice texture and colour. A nice blend of raw bean sprout, coriander and thai basil goes well with the bouncy pho (noodle). Dish 2-The fatty pork meat from the [bun choi Hanoi-$12.96] is so well caramelised and chewy that u don’t feel overwhelmed eating it over and over again. And finally top it up with authentic Vietnamese hot black coffee @ 5.80. Doesn’t taste anything like SG local coffee or Starbuck coffee or luckin coffee. Ultra strong and flavourful with a charred and flavour. Consider adding some sugar to balance the taste. Service is good with a 10% charge to the bill. And the servers and waitresses speak Vietnamese.

Queue is always present. Revisited several times and longest wait was 45mins. The dining place is cozy with a Vietnamese-like feel. This time round recommended to my friends who are vegetarian and we ordered their vegetarian soup noodle and vegetarian spring rolls. They were surprisingly delicious and flavourful. Definitely will revisit whenever time permits.

This place is now my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. You have to queue for quite a while but worth it. Hanoi Bun Cha is authentic flavor that I have had in Hanoi, Pho is good, and their egg coffee is awesome! I tried egg coffee for the first time here and I loved it!
