Singapore｜Da Luca Italian Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure to dine in Da Luca, and I must say, it was a culinary masterpiece. The service from Albert was impeccable, with the staff showing a passion for Italian fusion cuisine. Every dish was a work of art. I started with house-bread that was given as complimentary food, and it was delicious. Then, I ordered the Chef's recommendation of Cold Pasta Scallop Uni with extra Black Truffle, 3 Bruschetta and Grilled Lamb. The combination flavours of them were vibrant, and the presentation was stunning. The water selection was also extensive. You'll know by heart that when the waiter asked, "Do you want a regular or sparkling water?" It is truly a 5-star restaurant. It's the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic evening. Bravo!

Superb everything. From the moment we stepped in, we were well taken care of by Albert. We ordered the following and were stuffed by the end of the dinner service. Portions were relatively huge for us both. What we ordered: 1 X Angel hair scallop uni pasta 2 X Oysters 1 X Eggplant parmigiana 1 X Lamb rack 1 X Tiramisu House bread was really really really good! Overall, very value for money! No words can describe, only numbers can. 10/10!!!!!

Cosy restaurant. Went with my family. Very delicious food. Every dish i had was decently well presented and tasty. My family really enjoyed sharing the different variety of food from salad, scampi pasta, calamari, lasagne, stead, cod fish, crispy spanish pork. Prices are on the high side. Be very careful when ordering items not listed in menu. We had a shock at how expensive the truffle pizza was. They should have highlighted the cost during recommending since they are really off norms by a lot ( really many times the usual price; though i know truffle is supposed to be more expensive). Generally, it is still a pleasant dining experience. We will go back again but will be really careful during ordering. 😅
