Singapore｜Nanbantei Japanese Restaurant (Far East Plaza)

Feels like an intimate and authentic Japanese joint. There were a couple of tables of Japanese people. Staff were friendly and yakitori were juicy. Liked the asparagus bacon and tomato bacon yakitoris. The garlic fried rice was really fragrant too.

A wonderful yakitori place located within the Far East Plaza, where each menu comes with 2 sticks (most of them). My favorites have got to be the Asparagus Maki (asparagus wrapped with pork), and the pork meatballs. All of the meat served were super juicy and salted to perfection. Definitely come back for more.

Came here for dinner on a friday night and got a seat in the back of the restaurant. The menu has a wide variety of options and is not just yakitori. We ordered many things and everything was so delicious and high quality although I made a mistake on ordering the Cod.. It didn't really have much flavour so I would recommend getting the other items. I would definitely come back and try more things on their menu!
