Highly recommended. Tasted better than many restaurants in Spain. Dishes come in small portion hence can try more. The 2 service folks who attended to us were pleasant. I would love to be back.

2023-07-12 A little understaffed and it took short waits to get water refills. Lovely playlist with oldies hits. Bread $5.4 per pax - Excellent, the highlight of each visit. Freshly toasted and with homemade butter. The butter was too salty this time though. Jamon croquettes $6 ea - Excellent Bomba de la Barceloneta $16 - Mediocre Red prawn ajillo style $24 - Mediocre. Flavors were nice but the prawns were tiny Squid ink seafood rice $50 - Excellent. Two huge juicy prawns and a scallop. Lovely heterogeneous texture in the rice, fragrant with infused seafood flavors. 2022-04-21 lunch Staff were very professional and available. Great ambience. Bread $3.5 per pax - Excellent. Delicious butter. The butter was highly salted and had some inclusions, though I couldn't identify what they were. Olive oil was nice but nothing special. Free flow and served freshly reheated; the outside is crisp and the inside is warm. Duck foie gras terrine $26.5- Mediocre. The green apple sauce didn't seem to pair well. However, the provided shortbread sticks were great. Tortilla camarones $5.5 each - A small prawn cracker. Great flavor and visuals. Canneloni $17.5 - OK, tasted like tuna filling. Fideua with 3x carabinero prawn $61 - OK. The carabinero head was nice, but the tail flesh was average. Noodles were unique but I didn't enjoy it much. Baba on fire dessert $17 - Alcohol flavors were too strong, overpowering the subtle flavors of the ice cream and bread, and distracting from the texture. Nevertheless, it's a unique visual and sensory experience

It was my first time at Restaurant Gaig, and I would say the food here is simply amazing! Restaurant Gaig’s menu showcases Catalan dishes with traditional recipes dating back to the 19th century through Chef Marti’s innovative interpretations. They also have a really good selection of wines that you can consider going with the meal. Highlight from the new Chef’s Menu ($180++ per diner) focus on the no wastage nose-to-tail Gastronomy – Lamb Location: Restaurant Gaig, 16 Stanley Street Singapore 068735
