The Thai cuisine with a contemporary twist left me with the impression of Michelin-star quality food. The initial taste of each dish was truly remarkable, delivering a "wow" factor. I was genuinely impressed by the chef's ability to transform every dish into something extraordinary; it maintains a fusion element without straying too far from its authentic identity. The visit is highly worthwhile, considering both the exceptional culinary experience and reasonable pricing. It's the kind of cuisine that beckons you to return for more. Additionally, the interior deserves recognition – it exudes a vibrant and classy ambiance, meticulously designed throughout the entire restaurant. I highly recommend a visit; you won't be disappointed.

Been hearing about HUE for ages and finally made it to try the food. The ordering was a little weird cos the digital menu couldn’t load on some people’s phones. The food was delicious though. The pomelo salad was goooood and the tom yum soup was excellent.

Celebrated my birthday here recently and everything was really good! Recommend the raw fish salad, pork collar, garlic prawns and egg with prawn soup! Desserts were fantastic too. Loved that I can bring my dog along too. :)
