I always order the duck noodle add roast pork plus a wanton soup it’s good and nice comfort food. It’s old school and price is cheap though seemed to had raised slightly in recent years due to inflation? The roast meat are all crispy and juice and flavorful. It can get busy during lunch hour coz everyone in the area knows it’s good.

For a $5 bowl of bitter gourd soup, they were pretty generous with the ingredients, and there were two FRESH prawns, not the common glass prawn nonsense served everywhere else. This restaurant is one of the rare gems. Unpretentious, super affordable, good food.

Food was delicious, well-priced, and in good portions! So happy to eat the old-time favourites like yam ring, San Lou and Gu Lu Rou.
