Was introduced to this place by my friend, after he had watched YouTube about their food on sarang burung prata and curry puff. Hence, here I am, early early morning (8.30am) come to try out their food. Every tables are already occupied by hungry customers. Firstly, I am very impressed that on every Friday from 11am to 4pm, they have this pay as you wish. I chat with my Malay friends and was told, that is to benefit those less fortunate people. Generally most diners are generous and would pay more to support their cause, pay it forward. Today, I ordered 3 curry puff for $2, 1 teh tarik for $1.50, 1 prata kosong for $1.50 & 1 sarang burung prata for $3.00. Total breakfast costing $8.00! Curry puff - crispy and crunchy, mild spicy. Very delicious. Prata kosong & Sarang Burung prata - mild crispy texture, egg yolks, 1 well cook and the other little wet. Curry is unique and is very good, had never eaten such tasty curry. Sambal is made with ikan bilis. The "marriage" between the curry and ikan bilis sambal is really like made in heaven! Goes so very well with prata! 😋 Teh Tarik - my kawan say the type of tea leaves used is called teh wangi. Well balance in sweetness and amount of tea. Sedap! Overall, a worth $8.00 spent and every calories input. 😅

Delicious! Honestly don't really know what the names of everything we got. We picked 1 of every pastry and in the warm food line, asked for some rice and various items on a plate. Plus ordered a roti ikhwan. Filling and cheap breakfast!

Try Roti Ikhwan. Unique prata with 2 soft eggs in the middle. Go for the doughnuts too. We also tried the nasi padang which have much variety to suit every taste.
