More Comments at Google MapHidden gem with a private room I was recently treated to a meal at this restaurant, and I was lucky enough to be seated in the private room. The highlight of the day was the deep-fried sea cucumber. It was flavorful, collagen-rich, and crispy on the outside while soft and spongy on the inside. The rest of the dishes were also good, but the chicken stuffed with pig stomach soup deserves a special mention. The slightly peppery soup was filled with tender chicken and pig stomach that had the right amount of chew. Dessert was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. I had the Orh Nee, which was surprisingly smooth and not oily at all. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the private room was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Do give a 👍 if this was useful for you.
Every dish is fantastic! The pig stomach chicken soup is a must try. Very rich and flavorful! The deep fried sea cucumber is also a delight. The service crew are very polite, cheerful and very responsive. Love to go back again! Great job and thank you for the wonderful experience San Shu Gong!
😀/🥹 It’s very good but a little noisy to me. There was no noise escape outlet. The food tho, very very good. $20 for drunken prawns is a steal. Braised goose was the only let down for me as I thought it was actually very overcooked. The accompanying tofu get homemade and really nice with the sauce. Oyster omelette and the soup, YUM. The deep fried sea cucumber is an experience but wasn’t worth the price tag to me. Everything else was above good without standout.
