Best hawker place for mughlai food. I tried their chicken biriyani, bhuna mutton and mutton shami kebab and loved all of them Biriyani was so fluffy and fragrant. Spices were perfectly balanced so that its not overpowering. And honestly you cant find a chicken biriyani for 6$ anywhere in Singapore. Bhuna mutton was with bone exactly the way it should be.

Atmosphere is NA as we got a delivery home. Mamoon Bhai on the phone sounded like an old school gentleman. Very important. The Aloo Ghost (lamb with potatoes) was lovely. Didn't feel commercial at all. Spices were not overwhelming, no preponderance of Black Pepper or Garam masala - a mistake to which so many practitioners of the Indian cooking arts succumb. The Chicken Korma was superb. Balanced spices, nuts and flavour. Price, was by and large just a bit more than the cost of the raw materials- rare to find such value today. All this coming from a home where each person cooks with reasonable distinction, eats with pleasure and criticises with passion. Well done. We will be back. Often.
