Have been eating at this stall for years! My favourite is their 红油抄手 (Meat Dumplings in Chilli Oil) cost $$6.50 and 陕西凉皮 (Spicy ShanXi cold rice noodle) cost $5.00. Dumpling taste is good! Each mouth of the dumpling is very fulfilling as it burst with juice of the meat filling within the thin dumpling skin. Especially with their chilli oil and vinegar. Wonderful! For the cold rice noodle, it’s very good to eat especially on hot weather where appetite is not that good. The cold rice noodle with chilli oil and the vinegar sure makes my appetite better! But one word of advice.. depends on the amount of chilli you eat, when you go toilet the next day.. hahaha.. you may get the “heat” sensations. Anyway, they have many other dishes like beef noodles, minced meat sauce noodle and etc.. all very very nice! Worth trying!

I’ve been frequenting this hawker stall for a while now. My family and I love their food so much. The highlight is their shaved noodles. It has the perfect thickness and chewiness that pairs amazingly well with the dishes they offer. Their chilli oil is also delicious. Damn shiok. You can add as much as you need to satisfy your chilli oil cravings. The food is cheap and so so so good that it’s really difficult to beat. Do note that their wait time is quite long, being around 20 minutes on a friday night. However, the self-service machine ordering kiosks make the whole process a lot easier. Pictured below is the tomato egg with shaved noodles and the braised pork with shaved noodles, both of which are absolutely scrumptious. Best beef noodle shop in sg in my opinion (ignore the 2023 food safety scandal)

Tasty and authentic "la mian" . I had the 'Mala braised pork la mian' for $7 and added pork intestines for an additional $4. The braised pork was soft and delicious, but the pork intestines were particularly tender and savoury. I got the spiciest level of broth, and really was quite spicy, although bearable. Good mala fragrance and the texture of the noodles were great (firm and chewy) Overall good hearty food for decent pricing.
