We ordered Spring Omakase. Seafood was fresh and sweet. The first course really surprised us. The shaved yuzu ice goes perfectly with oyster like it brought the oyster alive. Most of the dishes were good and amazing. The only disappointment was the dessert. On the menu, it said mille crepe cake, which I was looking forward to for a nice ending, but in stead, we were served Swiss roll. It was a bit dry and the taste was mediocre. Service was attentive and prompt. Enjoyed the experience dining here.

A really great place to have a date or family dinner. Food is incredibly fresh and delicious. What made it better was the service and the staff who served us, she explained to us every dish that came in which made it extra special. The omakase course was amazing and each dish was really unique and fresh. Will definitely make a visit here again!

Uni Gallery is a delightful restaurant in The Plaza at Beach Road We sampled both the 3 course Dining City tasting menu ($60) and the Omakase lunch at $88. The latter with 7 dishes is far better value. The tasting menu gives a good overview of the food but might not be enough for those with bigger appetites. Most of the dishes were tasty and artistically presented. Outstanding dishes were the Uni oyster shot, yuzu shaved Hyoga oyster, caviar bubble and a little river crab which could be consumed whole. Waitress Sharon was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Certainly worth a return visit!
