Singapore｜Himalaya Kitchen, Macpherson

Had dinner at the restaurant a couple weeks ago. Ordered Roganjosh, chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The taste of all the dishes was truly authentic and flavourful with all the aroma from the spices, but not overwhelming. Love that the gravy was thick and the portions of chicken and lamb is also pretty good. My favourite was the garlic naan, crispy and garlicky, it really went well with all that gravy. The servers were polite, helpful and prompt. The restaurant itself was also nice and cosy. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. Only thing is that there is very limited (parallel) parking along the road. There is a small public carpark nearby, a short walk from the restaurant but it is pretty difficult to get a parking lot too during dinner hours. Parking aside, the food and ambience is really good, give it a try if in the vicinity.

My friend takes me here to taste Nepalese foods. Wow ! It’s super delicious and very tasty. Tea is the best ever I have tried in Singapore . Pretty similar to Burmese Tea . Will go back again definitely.

Hidden gem recommended by a friend who lives nearby!! I've not have Nepalese food before but regardless, everything was so delicious. Highlights were definitely the mutton biryani, momos, naans. There's a lightness and layers to the naans that I've not had elsewhere, it's soooooo good!!
