My first omakase and it was so enjoyable!! Every dish was finely executed with much detail put into the pairing and plating. I found myself enjoying Chef Simon's company as he took his time to explain how each dish comes about. I would love to come back here again!

Peace Japanese Cuisine is located on the third floor of OUE Downtown Gallery. It turns out that such delicious Japanese food is here! 🍥The appetizers of salmon roe chawanmushi and egg tofu are surprisingly delicious! The egg tofu is amazing, and the chawanmushi is made using traditional Japanese techniques. 🐮Foie gras with wagyu beef, a delicious combination. It’s my first time to taste foie gras. It’s a perfect combination with fresh wagyu beef! There is also the boss’s special chili🌶️ 🥟Kimchi dumplings, Japanese kimchi is different from Korean kimchi. This one is a little sweet and spicy, and the taste is quite special. The black truffle somenoodles are filled with scallops, sea urchins and salmon roe. The plain noodles are accompanied by rich black truffles. Eating a whole mouthful like this is really full of happiness🤩 🍜Pork cartilage ramen, the boss cooked the pork cartilage and soup for more than ten hours. It tastes very dense and delicious. This bowl is also one of the must-orders! 🍮The dessert is Matcha Carp KOI. This dessert must be reserved in advance so that the store will make it in advance. It is really attentive! ✨In summary, this is really the most delicious Japanese food I have eaten in recent times, and I can see the owner’s intentions. I am not disappointed in every dish! Came here when lunch time on weekday. The restaurant has lunch set which comes with miso soup and fruit. Drink will be cold or hot green tea (re-fill by staff). Kudos for the staffs. They are super friendly. The food was superb! Worth every penny. Highly recommended! This place is a 'must try" Japanese restaurant.
