Singapore｜Sawasdee Thai Restaurant

While searching for vegan/vegetarian Thai food we landed here. The restaurant is located in Chinatown. There wasn't any waiting to get seated. We ordered vegan pineapple fried rice and vegan Pad Thai. Both were delicious in taste and quantity is decent for the price. The service was fast too. Overall satisfied with our meal.

Pad Thai is really really good! Spring roll is okay, pork skewer is very tender and taste well too. The butterfly pea drink is sweet but very refreshing. Hmm ambience is cool. Service is considerably warm but unorganised. Loved how the gray hair woman always have a smile on her face. There was a bit of miscommunication as my friend wanted her coffee w/o iced on a to go but afterwards, they gave her what she wants. It arrived with more ice than usual. We enjoyed our dinner! Might come back soon too!

We ordered chargrilled pork skewers, which taste nice with the sauce. The pad Thai has the chicken option, which we think is yummy, as well as basil pork rice. Iced Thai green tea is too sweet even tho we have ordered half sugar, but the iced lemongrass tea is impressive. One of the best Thai food I have in Singapore.
