Singapore｜Uncle Leong Seafood

Excellent dining experience with Uncle Leong - this down to earth location is no joke, a hidden gem in town! Apart from the usual Cantonese stir fries (which were very fresh and decadent, exudes “wok hei”!) - the highlight is not only their chili crab but my personal favourite is the seafood soup mixian. The flavours in that broth are incredibly rich and deep, something that takes hours to create - the end product is smooth and silky. Another highlight were the pork ribs (Guinness?). Absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive, the location despite being semi outdoor is surprisingly clean and well ventilated. I wish to take all my out of town visitors here to experience this goodness ♥️ As with this cuisine, larger groups recommended, groups of 6-12 ideally.

I used to frequent Jumbo for crab. Now i prefer uncle leong seafood. The crabs are big, the dishes are tasty. My friend brought me here, and so i came back again and brought my friends. The next time i will bring my family. The crabs are sweet, big and juicy. Very value for money.

Every time visiting Singapore my friend bring me to fancy seafood restaurant near Clarke Quay. But today other friend ask me why not trying Uncle Leong Seafood in Toa Payoh. We tried salted egg crab, baby squid sweet, meatballs and veggie. You know what? The taste win every aspect from other seafood restaurant we used to have. Besides of cheaper price the waiter not push us to buy more food or beer. Or even push to eat fast. We ended in 1 hour and fully happily tummy. I definitely will be back here next visit to Singapore.
