This Indian restaurant is located in Science Center Omni Theatre. Very authentic Indian food at affordable prices. A special mention about their Gobi 65 is necessary. This cauliflower dish is made to look and taste like their Chicken 65 except now it’s a vegetarian dish. Masala tea is also legit. Many more items in their menu to try. I will surely be back.

We've been here 4 times in the past month. +++ Keema Naan (stuffed with spicy minced mutton) - 4 stars Too gamey for me but my husband enjoyed it. Not salty, which I liked. Dal Makhani (black lentil and kidney bean curry) - 3.25 stars Too creamy for me. Paneer Tikka (marinated in yogurt and tandoori spices) - 3.5 stars Too dry. Much preferred the fish tikka. Paneer Hariyali (paneer marinated in fresh green herbs, spices, yogurt grilled in tandoor) - 3.5 stars Similar to the paneer tikka - too dry. Prefer Palak Paneer. Malabar Prawn Curry - 3.5 stars A rich, non-spicy coconut milk curry - tasted like what you might get in a Thai restaurant. Bit too rich for me. +++ Bhindi Masala (lady's fingers in masala gravy) - 4.5 stars Methi Paratha (whole wheat topped with fenugreek leaves) - 5 stars Their breads are phenomenal. Still not sure what fenugreek tastes like. But it's whole wheat and that really comes across, in a good way. Nutty and delicious. Garlic naan - 5 stars +++ Gobi 65 - 3 stars Prefer bigger cauliflower chunks, fried a bit more. And more sauce. I'll try Gobi Manchurian next. Brinjal Bharta ($10) - 3.75 stars For me there was a weird flavour but I can't explain it. Otherwise the texture and flavour are good. Garlic Naan - 5 stars Fish biryani ($14) - 4.5 stars +++ Fish tikka - 4.5 stars Not too salty. Palak paneer - 4 stars Flavourful and not too creamy. Mushroom Manchurian - 3.5 stars Not very deep fried (batter was soft). Would try the Gobi Manchurian the next time. Jeera cumin rice - 4 stars $50 for 2 of us. Overall liked this better than Anjana as it felt less heavy and we didn't feel too full after.

Located right next to KidSTOP, this place really blew my expectations. Huge variety of choices including mutton, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian food. Food we ordered was very tasty - when they write spicy it is actually spicy. Complimentary papadam. Staff kind and attentive. Price is reasonable and listed price in menu already inclusive of GST. I also really appreciate the restaurant for letting KidSTOP visitors use their "outdoor" tables when the restaurant is not busy. Would visit again.
