I was having problem and not sure how to use my boyfriend's triple plus account to use all his points and the one for one free pasta voucher and did not know that the system will detect the registered phone number to his account and he is now in Korea. As such, I could not place any order. So the staff, Nurul Hidayah S, assisted me to input the phone number into the system and managed to offset the bill with the points and redeemed the one for one pasta. It was very nice of her to help me after understanding the issue that I was facing and she is very patience and looks friendly too. If she did not help me, I will not be able to redeem any points and free pasta. Thank you so much to her.
