Singapore｜Legendary Cart Noodles

First time trying this and the staff was really friendly! Got him to recommend me some ingredients to go along with the noodles, pork intestine & white radish is a must get! Love their beef as well, super tender. I got it with the peanut/sesame sauce and chilli but i think i would prefer it without spice! The broth is really thick and flavourful. They have a lot of ingredients for you to choose from as well! ☺️

My favorites are white radish, beef brisket, sausage, pork rinds, and a little pickled cabbage. I personally prefer thin noodles, but there are also various noodles to choose from, so delicious😋

I must said that this is the BEST and authentic 車仔麵 in Singapore!!!! The must eat ingredient are the curry fish balls, radish, intestine and braised chicken wings! I wish they have the HK style 紅腸！
