Singapore｜Fountain Microbrewery & Restaurant

Being a beer lover, coming to a microbrewery is the ultimate experience. Though I knew of its existence for a while, but being an easterner, this place seems rather far away. I decided to make a trip here on a Saturday. I am pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of their beer. Being a IPA fanatic, my favourite is their Deep Soul IPA - hoppy and rich. The beer paired well with the food we ordered. Cozy place for a lazy afternoon.

Very good environment with super nice food and exceptional beers which is very special like the Pandan and Ginseng beer that make with real pandan and ginseng. Their BBQ food is also very special but only available on Saturday 5-9pm

Here for the Thursday live singing performance. Good mood and song performance by Fion and stand in guitarist KJ. Ordered some food. A pity did not order their craft beer as I needed to work. Heard they are great.. Salmon pizza have fairly good amount of salmon portion. Nice thin crust. Fries are the chunky type which has bite and texture. The pine cooler is refreshing
