The staff is friendly and patient. Serving with a twinkle in their eyes. Special shout out to the store managers at clementi outlet. We always feel like a royalty every time we ate there so.we are don't mind the long queue. Furthermore, the queue moves pretty fast.

Today, I had a meal at Clementi Ichiban with my family. Serving us was this teenage waiter, who introduced himself as Bryan. He was very patient, and never failed to stop by to top up iced tea for my family and I, and he never lost his patience when my family had requested for more utensils and tissues. Company should tip him for his excellent service
