Singapore｜Long Beach IMM

Food was good. The crab and prawns (in fried rice) were very fresh. Food is nicely seasoned without being overly salty. The only drawback was the place was too echoey, amplifying all the background chatter from surrounding tables. Not conducive for chatting during the meal as we can hardly hear each other even at the same table.

Food: very nice The chilli crab meat was tender and sweet, and the crab was big. Even the mantou was delicious, with a crispy exterior and a soft and fluffy interior. We also ordered a tofu dish (forgot to take pic, I think it was with red sauce or something like that) it was very fragrant and not too salty too. Service: very good The staff patiently explained the options on the menu to us, as we weren't sure which crab to order. But the staff had explained the different crabs to us and even pointed out which tank to look at for an idea of what to expect. Atmosphere: NOISY Too noisy. The place is very enclosed, making it echo a lot of the conversations of neighboring tables such that we can't really hear each other across the table.
