Singapore｜McDonald's Jurong Spring CC

My South Korean tenants said this outlet is the best they have tried so far. I ever complained (before renovation) of their fries; it was horrible, but it was replaced with a fresh, crisp one. Keep up with serving good food & service, a little goes a long way.

A nice small and cozy outlet at Jurong Spring CC, this outlet here does not have much seating space both on the inside and the outside alternatively u can also just eat outside the store as its located inside the CC and right in front is a basketball court with a big fan blowing constantly 24/7. I visited the outlet yesterday around 12.30pm and there wasn’t much space inside already. While waiting for my order i noticed that the store manager was helping an elderly lady in ordering her meal as she was unsure on how many pieces of Nuggets to order and the store manager was kind enough to help her with the order and once her order number was called upon she also called up to her informing her order is ready for collection and ask her if she need help carrying it but the old lady just told her she do not need any assistance with her food. I hope other McDonald’s outlet can also take this as a reference and learn it that way every customer who goes to a McDonald’s leaves with memorable experience

Newly renovated McDonald’s located in the CC - haven’t been here since it opened and jumped at the chance to eat one of my favourite fast food chain since I’m in the area. 🍟 The check-in process was simple, usher was really friendly, greeting us while we enter and as we leave - also checking out/familiarising with the menu while waiting for patrons to come in 👍🏻 The place is really clean and refreshing after the renovation, with a larger focus on outdoor seating as compared to air conditioned ones. That said, it still is well ventilated even on a warm afternoon 👍🏻 ☀️
