Came on a Friday night, it wasn’t full house and they prepared a table for us very quickly. Baked Charsiew Bao - love this! 10/10 should order. Egg tarts - Pretty good! Very small and cute too. Prawn CCF - Prawns are very fresh and generous, and the sauce paired well with it albeit on the more savoury side. 10/10 will order again! Prawn & Mango Fritters - Pretty good, but mango is more towards the sour side. 红油抄手 - Somehow this dish was more 麻 than I expected, wasn’t quite a fan of the sauce. Radish cake - this radish cake is the super smooth kind with bits of hebi in it! A little too smooth to my liking. Wok fried beef horfun - really delicious but a little oily. 3 cuts of meat - I personally prefer the roast pork and Char Siew over the duck meat. Iced milk tea - super impressed with this, they don’t put ice directly into the milk tea and the milk tea was flavourful! 10/10 recommend Edit: ordered a beef brisket HK noodle (soup), beef brisket is super tender and the soup is like 水饺 soup. Noodle texture is the super thin kind with a ‘crisp’ bite that you find in HK!

out of the 11 dishes we ordered, really cannot find a lousy dish. that alone justified for the 4th star. the beef, chicken, carrot cake, prawn dishes deserved special mention as taste is not overpowered by sauce. 5th star goes out to the duck. personally I feel that a high standard duck basically means juicy breast meat and crispy skin. this duck ticks both! and ofcause the price plays a part too!
