Singapore｜McDonald's LeQuest

Located at level 1 of Le Quest Mall. This Macdonald outlet was spacious, there were ample seats available. The place was kept clean and tidy. The baby chairs were neatly arranged at a corner. The menu was the standard menu available for all the Macdonald outlets in Singapore. The service standard was good. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Tried the seasonal Hokkaido Salmon burger- the looks was alright and the taste was still acceptable. The traditional fish burger was still much better. Good and quiet place to relax and to chill out with friends and family. Strongly recommended to visit and to enjoy a Macdonald meal here.

For the past few weeks, I have been visiting LeQuest McDonald. One of the Chinese customer service staff- Michelle's good manners impress me most. She goes extra miles by helping me to expedite on my order. Not only that she has the patience to explain how to save my money by getting most out of utilising the kiosk system. The Rest. manager from Philippines and manageress are very polite and helpful too! How I wish everyone I met can display these kind of good customer services to their customers. Keep it up! Well done!

I would like to commend the store manager Putri. I visited the Mcd today at around 11am. Upon arrival, Putri was eagerly sweeping the floors and arranging the chairs. What really stood out was her exemplary service! She wheeled the beverage cart around and offered to top up our coffee and tea, assisted customers pushing prams, interacted with all the children she sees around, greeted everyone with a welcoming smile and greeting. She really exudes positivity all around and was eager to assist and help anyone around. We had a really enjoyable meal in store thanks to her cheerfulness and politeness!
