Singapore｜Tiong Bahru Pau & Snack

This is one place not to be missed if you are in the Jurong East area. The variety here seems to be more than other outlets - or maybe it is just the quantity they have for each selection that makes it look a lot. I am a a pau lover and what satisfies me is a good and hearty pau. What I like about their pau is the nice balance between the bun and the filling, and the size remains the same throughout the years. So it is already quite filling after eating two. A place to be for local dim sums and a cup of aromatic coffee from next door.

Delicious dimsum. The siew mai is delicious with chunks of meat and turnip. The other items were equally good! Long queue but moves fast. At 1pm they were almost sold out! Update: Came here again. The dim sum is still so delicious! Crowded on a Sunday morning, so had to dabao home to eat.

Nothing fanciful and strictly down to earth yumcha option whenever I wanna have dim sum. The taste and experience always brings me back to the memory lane when I was a child. Big fan of Tiong Bahru Pau back then when we don't have so many fanciful choices of dim sum.
