Singapore｜Fei Fei Roasted Noodle

I have tried the other famous Wanton Noodle in Singapore, mainly in the East and I don't expect Fei Fei could be better. I was wrong, it's totally worth the 1 hour queue. The char siew is so good with a good mix of fats and meat. The noodle is springy because they took their time to cook each plate of noodle to perfection. It's so satisfying.

I ordered big portion roasted pork+cha siew+wonton noodle. Roasted pork: Roasted on the spot, crispy and juicy. Cha Siew: tender and sweet. Wonton: big and meaty. Long queue and each customer take away many packets. Although stall owner is busy but still very friendly. Overall: 9/10.

Definitely should try when you are here at Yuhua Village Market and Food Centre. The noodles are very Q, definitely restaurant standard. Be prepared to queue as well.The Char-Siew and roasted duck are excellent, prepared daily within the stall itself. Hence, do not be surprised to see a Queue even before they start serving at 830am. Do note they closed on Sunday. Hence, be early.
