Singapore｜HuaLong Fishhead Steamboat

Having early CNY dinner with parents. Dishes tasty, most of them worthy. But the Assam fishhead not so good, can skip. Curry fishhead , broth thick and flavor 😋.

It's our last minute choice to come for family lunch to celebrate my mum birthday. Since cravings for teochew fishhead steamboat is stronger than "eat expensive restaurant" to celebrate birthdays. Steamboat was nice and i fell in love with their cereal prawns! After the meal, we wanted to cut our mini birthday cake and the staff help us off the ceiling fans! So sweet of the staff! Will definitely come again and recommend to family/friends for their good service!

Came here to eat twice. Can choose 3 types of fish meat. Had try the snapper & garouper hotpot. It was good -lots of spinach /yam /cabbage/seaweed . I like the traditional charcoal feel when hving it. The soup was tasty too. The honey pork ribs was delicious. 1 hot pot just nice - can share btw 3 person .
